One Queen Capital (“OQC”) is the co-investment platform for the global private investment strategies of Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (“CPP Investments”), including: Real Assets, Private Equity and Credit. 

OQC was established in 2021 as a portfolio company of CPP Investments and is engaged by CPP Investments to manage syndication processes for opportunities to invest alongside CPP Investments. OQC operates at arm’s length from CPP Investments under OQC’s experienced and independent management team.  

OQC provides institutional investors the unique opportunity to co-invest alongside CPP Investments, a well regarded global long-term investor. OQC works with CPP Investments and institutional investors to identify potential co-investors for existing portfolios as well as recently acquired and future investments.

OQC works with co-investors to facilitate transaction due diligence and also provides ongoing corporate, financial, accounting and administrative services, including end-to-end special-purpose investment vehicle management services for our partners. OQC is a Registered Investment Advisor and Exempt Market Dealer.
